I ordered a pair of work clogs and when I received them they were bit too small. Sent an email for an exchange and received a prompt response a few hours later by Tin saying he will send me the new bigger size. When I asked if he wanted me to return my original order to him he said he did not want to inconvenience me which was very kind of him. I bought these shoes because I had fractured my foot and I couldn't wear any shoes at all. After the moon boot came off. I found my feet was still swollen but I was able to walk and I could never find comfy shoes to wear with my foot still swollen when I bought these, they were a godsend. They were so comfortable and my foot didn't hurt to walk in these shoes and I'm forever grateful that I was able to become Mobile again by wearing these shoes so thank you for such a great product.
