I ordered a pair of work clogs and when I received them they were bit too small. Sent an email for an exchange and received a prompt response a few hours later by Tin saying he will send me the new bigger size. When I asked if he wanted me to return my original order to him he said he did not want to inconvenience me which was very kind of him. So, i work 5 hours a day in Aged care. I saw these shoes and thought I'd give them a try. After all, my usual work shoes are around $230 a pair. So I thought "why not". I ordered my regular shoe size and waited for delivery. And waited and waited (my guess is the current state of the world) Was so excited when I received them, put them on, but sadly they were miles too big. I didn't want to return them due to the time it took to get them, so being a bit of a crazy person I stuck them in boiling water for about 30 seconds (removed the green innersoles first) and yep, they shrunk. Exactly the right size now. I love them and they are SO COMFORTABLE.

Silly me ordered wrong sizes(picture shows me wearing the smaller size)

I have lymph nodes removed which causes my feet and legs to swell

I ordered two pairs. The black pair was received one size larger than the one I ordered. I opened a refund request and received immediate approval including a barcode for the refund on the sole of the flip-flops. The white pair in the size I ordered (39-40) fits well (my shoe size is 39EU). The flip-flops are comfortable with a soft sole and hold the foot well.
