⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a healthcare worker who spends hours on my feet, these shoes have been a game changer. They’re extremely comfortable, lightweight, and provide great cushioning. I ordered a pair of work clogs and when I received them they were bit too small. Sent an email for an exchange and received a prompt response a few hours later by Tin saying he will send me the new bigger size. When I asked if he wanted me to return my original order to him he said he did not want to inconvenience me which was very kind of him. Thank you so much to Tin who I dealt with in my emails and I can’t wait to get my new pair of work clogs and will continue to purchase Snuggi Sandals in the future. I will tell everyone at my hospital workplace of the great service and product I received from Snuggie’s.
So, i work 5 hours a day in Aged care. I saw these shoes and thought I'd give them a try. After all, my usual work shoes are around $230 a pair. So I thought "why not". I ordered my regular shoe size and waited for delivery. And waited and waited (my guess is the current state of the world) Was so excited when I received them, put them on, but sadly they were miles too big. I didn't want to return them due to the time it took to get them, so being a bit of a crazy person I stuck them in boiling water for about 30 seconds (removed the green innersoles first) and yep, they shrunk. Exactly the right size now. I love them and they are SO COMFORTABLE.
The sandles are everything they were described as. It's like walking on cushions! No more pain at all! I am so incredibly happy. I also got a great deal on them too. Thank you.
Fantastic I purchased 3 pairs of the sandals with adjustable straps They are so light, supportive, comfortable and look so great with my clothes Silly me ordered wrong sizes(picture shows me wearing the smaller size) I got in contact with Tin from Snuggie Sandals and she was so very helpful organising bigger sizes for me I have lymph nodes removed which causes my feet and legs to swell The adjustable straps are amazing as they are stretchy too I am definitely buying my winter shoes from this wonderful shop I would love to thank Tin Extremely Happy customer Deb Kapunda South Australia

I ordered a pair of slippers but they were too small. When I reached out to return them and order a new pair, I was told I could keep the pair that didn’t fit and that the new size would be sent for free! I was really surprised by the gesture as that sort of thing doesn’t happen that often anymore. I ended up giving the smaller size to my sister in law- Now we’re both stoked!

The size is accurate: my shoes size is eu 39, i ordered size 39-40 and it fits perfectly. It's comfortable.
I ordered two pairs. The black pair was received one size larger than the one I ordered. I opened a refund request and received immediate approval including a barcode for the refund on the sole of the flip-flops. The white pair in the size I ordered (39-40) fits well (my shoe size is 39EU). The flip-flops are comfortable with a soft sole and hold the foot well.

Flip-flops are very light and soft foam, fast delivery. I bought them thinking about size 26 cm, but I guess I should have bought a smaller one. That's what I think, but overall, these flip-flops are great for the beach or pool. I recommend them.
